Personal Sessions
If you are struggling with life decisions, anxiety, dysphoria, depression, trauma, grief or other crises, it may help to talk to someone you don’t know and who is there just for you.
As a systemic psychotherapist, I believe that you are unique and part of a collective (family, friends, work, society). In therapy, we see how you feel in the environment in which you live. Together, we look at what (no longer) nourishes you and what you need to flourish.

Briefing
In a free 15 min. preliminary telephone call you can briefly describe what you are looking for and clarify any questions you might have.
Recommendation
I will then give you my assessment of whether coaching or psychotherapy suits your needs.
Therapy plan
Together, we will discuss where you need support and how often we should meet.

Having worked in crisis counseling, inpatient psychiatry and outpatient psychotherapy, I bring years of experience to each session.
Being also a professionally trained and active artist, I look for creative solutions and innovative questions. Balancing mental health in creative jobs is especially challenging. My expertise “from within” enables me to foster well-being for creative individuals.
