Episode 1: How are you here today?

>>Listen<<

In our first episode, we explore a question that seems simple on the surface: “How are you?”

We often reply with a quick “Fine, and you?”, but in this episode we take a step back to look more closely: What potential does this question actually hold? When is it worth asking with real intention — and how can we create space for honest answers to emerge?

Three friends and therapists in conversation about closeness, connection, and the courage to begin again.

Episode 2: Hope

>>Listen<<

While our first episode explored how we find ourselves here, this one turns to the paths that led us.

Even though it’s often distress or suffering that leads us to begin therapy – it’s the desire for things to get better that carries us across the threshold.
So it is hope that moves us.

In this episode, we talk about hope – one of the most central themes in therapy and in life – and we ask ourselves:
What does hope mean to us – as therapists, as human beings? And what happens when it’s missing?
We look at the topic from therapeutic, philosophical, and personal perspectives – and try to make something as complex and ever-changing as hope tangible and relatable: through imagery, examples from our practice, and our own bodily awareness.

How does hopelessness show up in therapy? What role does hope play in the therapeutic process? And how do we accompany others (and ourselves) when it begins to falter?

Three friends and therapists in conversation about doubt, confidence – and what therapy and illusion have in common.
